by grain, dairy and livestock The Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments
all have a presence as well.

one hour later then the Eastern Standard Time. Plaster Rock also
participates in daylight saving time, which means that on the first
Sunday of April of every year the clock goes ahead an hour until the
last Sunday in October when the clock goes back an hour.
People

English is the primary language spoken, however, bilingual services in
New Brunswick’s both official languages (English / French) is available.

within the NB Dept. of Education (public schools). A Christian
School is also located in the Village.

Plaster Rock is home to the Tobique Valley Community Health Center. This multi-disciplinary health care facility’s staff and physicians focus on chronic disease management and helping residents improve their overall health and wellness.
